Michelle’s 5-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

  • Ripe Banana's
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • 1 dash Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Vanilla
  • 1 pinch Optional - Nuts
  • 1 pinch Optional - Berries
  • 1 pinch Optional - Dark Chocolate Chips

  1. Heat a small amount of oil (Avocado is my favorite) in a pan. Blend all ingredients into a quality blender/VitaMix. Optional ingredients are just for fun to make them unique each time. You could add literally anything when you cook these. Think outside the box. Once pan is hot, pour in pancake mixture in small silver dollar circles. Flip when ready. When pancakes are done they will be thin and have a crepe consistency.
