About a year ago, I told my team I wanted to walk away from our wildly successful six-week challenges and instead build the best virtual wellness platform on the planet. What we spent a year developing and planning is our new Quest Wellness Program.

I wanted a one-stop-shop for all the things people need to create the healthiest and strongest lifestyle in all facets.
 
Journey has everything from fitness to nutrition to mindset and so much more. Our program has a coach and a plan for every wellness need – I am so proud of this program and can’t wait to work with you!

Coach Keith

Few years ago I changed my thinking on fitness to start training for 10 years from now. I've starting focusing more on mobility, flexibility, endurance, outdoors and longevity. Long gone are the days of going into the gym and maxing out my weights. Don't get me wrong, I push myself and enjoy increasing my personal records, but do so in a smarter way. I tend to spend more of my time working on increasing my mobility and flexibility, epspecially if I can do it in the outdoors. What you can expect from me is more on mobility exercises focusing on your specific body parts to help you increase your range of motion so when you do do exercises you will not injure yourself. I enjoy pretty much anything adventurous, especially when it is in Nature! Look forward to being along this journey with you!

Coach Christina

Christina is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS©), a Licensed Nutritionist, and a professionally trained plant-based chef with a passion for helping people optimize their biochemistry and create a peaceful relationship with food. She has a functional/integrative approach to nutrition and has a background in hormone balancing, autoimmunity issues, gut health, and eating disorders. Christina enjoys breaking down the most recent peer-reviewed research into practical habits to help people feel their best to lead a healthy, vibrant, and fun life. Christina firmly believes laughter and nature should be a part of any wellness plan. She enjoys trail running, cross country skiing, strength training, traveling,  knitting, dark chocolate, and good wine. She splits her time between Raleigh, NC, and La Jolla, CA.

Over the past decade, I have started a travel personal training and consulting business, opened and operated a fitness studio, started an online personal growth coaching business, wrote and published two books, created a podcast, and currently coach people all over the globe how to transform the lives of their dreams. All it takes is a shift in mindset, setting specific goals, getting clear on what you want, and taking action steps to get there.  I am happy to be along on this journey with you!

I’M JULIE MILLER, A NUTRITIONIST PROVIDING PEOPLE WITH THE TOOLS, EDUCATION, AND SUPPORT THEY NEED TO EAT WITH CONFIDENCE, FUEL THEIR BODIES, AND LIVE THE LIFE THEY DESIRE.
 
With all the mixed messages about nutrition it can be hard to know what’s true about healthy eating; but food doesn’t have to be confusing! I help people move from feeling overwhelmed and confused about food to feeling confident in their food and nutrition choices. I have a Master of Science in Nutrition and 12 years food and nutrition experience. I am a wife and mom of two and know how busy life can get. I keep things clean and simple dispelling myths that eating healthy is difficult and time consuming. We will work together creating a nutrition plan that fits your needs and lifestyle while helping you meet your goals. Food is the fuel for our bodies. With the right fuel you can achieve your optimal state of health and be the best you!

Coach Kristi

 

Kristi has had a life long passion for health and fitness. Being a collegiate athlete and now a busy mom of 2, she gets it. Her goal is to help you find and make the time to move more and incorporate fitness into your life, so that is will reside seamlessly into your everyday routine. She has BS a degree in Health Promotion and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine. She has worked in several unique environments over the last 16+ years to help strengthen her understanding of fitness as it relates to the entire spectrum of Wellness. Kristi writes our workouts for our fitness app, sends out client texts and emails, and is a constant presence of support and love on our private page.

Jenn M. 

 

Jenn has been working with My1FitLife in Customer Support for years, and is eager to help with any of your questions or concerns. She is studying as a Psychology major, studying Nutrition and is a NASM certified Behavioral Change Specialist (BCS). She has a passion for helping others. Jenn believes in the importance of overall well-being as part of your fitness, health and nutrition journey. Her other interests include photography, traveling, hiking, being outdoors and spending time with her children.
