About a year ago, I told my team I wanted to walk away from our wildly successful six-week challenges and instead build the best virtual wellness platform on the planet. What we spent a year developing and planning is our new Quest Wellness Program.
”I am coming up on the 4th anniversary of my first Quest challenge, which led to my joining the group. I am still here for so many reasons...the fitness and nutrition, the group support, the wonderful coaches and great friends I have made. Everyone in the group supports everyone. There is no judgement, no mean words, just lots of love and support.DIANE P.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
”I absolutely love the fact that I get so much more support by working with Michelle and her team. Anytime day or night when I’m tempted to eat something or not work out, I can reach out and anyone can give me encouragement within minutes if not seconds. I also so appreciate the nutrition information/knowledge that I receive. Fitness can be so confusing with nutritional advice, but the straight talk I get for Michelle and her team makes a difference.KIM R.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
”Because Quest focuses beyond fitness I have been able to apply what I’ve learned from our coaches to every aspect of my life. The change in me has gone beyond dropping pant sizes. I was given permission that I didn’t even know I needed to take care of myself. That self-love has turned into me healing myself so that I can be there for others. I’ve gained a new perspective. I’m kind to myself when I don’t meet all my expectations instead of bogging myself down with disappointment that translates into anxiety. This is huge for me because I can now forgive myself and move forward. I’m not focused on a number or a look, just being a better version of myself today than I was yesterday. Quest has taught me not to compare my journey with anyone else’s which has been a complete game-changer for me. I have been able to shed the shame and anxiety that always holds me back. We are surrounded by great coaches that help guide us but can also give us some much needed tough love. We get to interact with our coaches and have our questions answered as they arise. We also have an Amazing Quest Group that has become my tribe. Full of positive individuals ready to lend encouragement, funny quotes or an ear for when you just need someone to hear you.Shannon M.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
”This tribe is non-judgmental and so supportive of each other. I am not fully immersed in all the different aspects of this program, however it is all there at my fingertips just waiting for me to become a better me. It’s the best gift I can give to myself.JOHNA B.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
”I like everything about it especially the nutrition part and getting ideas for recipes and also I feel like I have to answer to someone which is what I need so by getting texts and emails about this and that is a big plus for me. I don’t necessarily do the workouts because I do go to the gym and take classes but I do use my fitness pal to keep track of what I eat and I am trying to eat healthier more Whole Foods. I really like the fitness app and the text reminders you send. I try to stay off of Facebook so the app notifications and the text reminders help me feel like YOU are my accountability partner and for me that makes this program so much better than it was before! (Even though I loved it before). I love the additional leadership you’ve hired also! So many professionals with amazing advice and mentoring.Christina C.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
”There is SO MUCH I LOVE! The community, the personal, real approach and insight from all the coaches, the videos (love those!), the meditations, the nutrition and recipes, the e-mails with the daily meal suggestions and workouts and the fact that it's based on 5 pillars of health. I LOVE THAT APPROACH. I could go on and on about this. Since I started my 1st challenge in May I've lost so many bad habits, weight, inches and attitudes and gained SO much muscle, inner strength and peace and determination. I've realized how strong I am, that I don't have to speed things up but can take things slowly. And this is the first time in my LIFE that I've actually kept up a good habit for longer than 6 months. It's become a lifestyle and I didn't think I could change this much. I just started, moved forward and gave it a chance, and I am so happy I did.Annette Ö⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Maybe for you, it’s a walk, a swim, a Zumba class, yoga, or just cleaning about the house. You want to know the truth, your body does not care how you move, just that you DO MOVE. We overthink movement, and that is often the demise of our motivation to keep going. We are told we have to move a certain way, and we burn out and stop growing. Our program offers countless ways for you to start moving from simple walking programs, yoga, coach workouts, and so much more. No excuses, we will help you move.
It’s time you learn to eat in a way that NOURISHES your body, your cells, and your best health. Don’t focus on scale numbers but rather look at your food as a chance to improve your health with every single bite you take. Our Quest program will help you meal plan, learn about food, and rediscover your love of food.
“Rule your mind, or it will rule you” ~Buddha Probably the most critical part of living a healthy life is addressing your mind in a myriad of ways. Looking into your self-sabotaging habits, asking why you do the things you do, and learning new practices is critical to LONG-TERM success that sticks, not just quick fixes that don’t. We also want you to meditate, sleep better, and talk to yourself with more grace as part of our mindfulness pillar in our Quest Wellness Program. Our team is hyper-focused on helping you incorporate mindfulness into all that you are.
Often a missing comment to most health programs, nature is critical to your mood, your energy, even your sleep cycles. Quest offers education, challenges, and meet-ups to help you get back outside for your mental, emotional, and physical health.
You are the sum of the people you spend the most time around, so make sure you pick wisely. Your community does matter for your goals, your happiness, and even your mental well-being. You need to surround yourself with people who inspire you, who lift you and help you become a better, stronger, more complete version of yourself. Upgrade your company often to live your best life today and in the future. Our Quest program offers the best community around. Our clients rave about the support of not only the coaches but also the other clients who are non-judgemental and so uplifting!!

As she needed to find a way to stay fit and well herself, she found antigravity activities, and so she created a business concept around it. She opened a holistic health studio in 2014 in Mexico dedicated to offering services for overall mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Jennifer has been with MY1FITLIFE for YEARS and our clients love her kind heart and helpful spirit. Jennifer will be on the other end of any emails you have with questions or concerns and she wants nothing more than to help you be successful on your journey to a fit life!
“When I started my health journey with My1fitlife it was May, 2019. I was always tired, sick, had brainfog, felt depressed and couldn’t even walk up the stairs in my own house without breathing hard. It was really a fluke that I discovered the challenge advertised by My1FitLife at the very beginning of May. Something made me jump on it, I don’t know what, but I loved the thought of making something of the summer. At that point I had over 150 lbs to lose and couldn’t even stand on my knees or get up from the floor without help.
I set 5 goals that challenge; to lose weight, walk to a certain viewpoint at our summer house, go swimming, take a trip and publish a book. Longtime and lofty goals (some of them)! Well, I lost weight, walked further than I’ve gone in years, went swimming, took a trip (3, actually) and am close to publishing a book. That first challenge was like a jump start in my life. All of a sudden I HAD ENERGY!!! And lots of it!
I started with workouts in my kitchen, jumping up and down, sweating like a LUNATIC. For the first 4 weeks I could only go 15 minutes per day. Now I do 30-45 minutes cardio 6 days per week plus strength. I ate CLEAN. Cleared out my pantry, fridge and freezer and DETOXED. Oh, my the headaches and sluggishness… But I pushed through those bowls of oatmeal, hummus and veggies and discovered that I could do it. And I LOVED IT. I didn’t give up. Didn’t even WANT TO! With AP’s, coaches that constantly energized me and gave me tough love I moved forward, into my second challenge!
That was a game changer for me. It changed how I thought about myself, others and put all my destructive habits into focus. I realised so many things about myself and the people in my life that I had to make a stand – I finally had the courage to stand up for who I am. To be ok with and actually proud of myself. In my culture and with my upbringing – that’s not a given. I connected with people who were striving to do the same thing – while in different situations of life – and it often felt like the coaches lifted us through it – I knew I wanted to be a part of Quest and find my new pace of life.
It’s been 7 months since I started. It’s been the best year of my life so far and I’m 47! To this date I’ve lost about 44 lbs and countless inches and SO many bad habits. It’s not been a straight road, life seldom is, some days I don’t take care of myself as much as I should. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned in this journey it’s that you don’t quit – you learn from it and then you move forward. And you do it with LOVE, darn it!!!!
